Product Returns If you feel that the products you received do not adhere to the standards we strive to deliver, we want to help. We have a 100% Money Back Guarantee and 7 day return policy on any of our cleaning chemicals and cleaning products, however, no credits will be done on items specially ordered. If stock is paid for and accepted according to quotation that has been delivered correctly, a 15% handling fee will be charged on returns. Credits will be allocated to customer accounts for use on future purchases. No cash refunds and no returns after 30 days of receiving stock. Should a cash refund be made for any reason, it would be subject to a 5% administration fee. If an order is cancelled after confirmation for any reason after manufacturing has begun, a 15% handling fee will be charged. Pricing We strive to always bring you the best prices and beat any written quotation where possible. As with any products, variations often occur that may influence the pricing, so bring us your quotation and we’ll give you our best. Our quotations on cleaning chemicals are valid for 21 days, but any other equipment or paper products’ prices may change without prior notice and will be valid for 24 hours once you have received your quotation. Availability Our warehouse commits to have a continues supply to our customers’ needs, however, often stock shortages occur that is out of our control. Therefor we will confirm with you should there be any variations on a quotation or unavailability of a specific item, to either replace it with a similar item or different brand, or whether the item should be cancelled. Ordering and Receiving Stock Please take note that no order will be delivered or released solely on a proof of payment, but only once the money is reflecting in our account. Keep in mind that some payments may take up to 48 hours to reflect in our account, and immediate payments up to 4 hours, depending on the bank. Any items received and signed for by our customers are assumed to be correct. Thus, please make sure that your order is thoroughly checked before you sign for it. We do not accept any liability for any discrepancies or damages once our delivery team has left your premises and have a signed invoice from the receiver. We commit to deliver orders that have been received before 11am in Bloemfontein the same day. However, this is not always possible when stock shortages are out of our control. We will then communicate any challenges and make arrangements for an alternative delivery date/time.
